What Is "Social Engineering"?

What's up people??!
Good after noon boys, today's topic is What Is "Social Engineering"? ←What dose mean?
Is it hacker?? I think so. In Japan, also around me, it is not common. Hacking needs bright knowledge and a lot of money. It is very difficult to get hacking technology. In Japan, we have not heard that a hacker ravaged government or big company's system by a computer.
Somebody might do that, but actually media has not told that. In fact, the most damaged country may be America. Even foreigner and even I often hear that a hacker is arrested.
Frankly, in my opinion, hacker sounds like "cool" or "intelligent". Sometimes I have hoped that
Ｉ　wanna be hacker. But it is like athlete, artist or lawyer, all of whom need a lot of practice, studying, and money. So every body can not be hacker, they are kind of professional.
And they are called extremely an intelligent person and millionaire. Hacker could get large number of money as they could live in one life gorgeously. But many psychologists sadly say,
"Why do they choose way of hacker even though they have wonderful skills. They could get a job in big company or other great legal ways."
If I became hacker, I would rob money from banks.
